1. General provisions
The Data Controller of personal data is Vershold Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Żwirki i Wigury 16A, 02-092 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number KRS 0000629221, REGON 142114475 (hereinafter: “Vershold” or the “Controller”).

2. Scope and purposes of data processing
Users’ personal data are collected only to the extent necessary to:
- enable contact through forms available on the Website,
- handle inquiries sent to the Controller’s e-mail address,
- conduct statistical analyses and improve the Website’s functionality using Google Analytics.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the purposes specified above.
3. Legal basis for processing
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The legal bases for processing are:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the User (e.g. when using the contact form),
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the User prior to entering into a contract,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (including statistical analyses and Website improvement).
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities providing IT, hosting, and analytical services to the Controller (in particular, Google Ireland Limited – provider of Google Analytics), as well as with entities authorized by law.
Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area, except when required by the use of Google Analytics – in such cases, the transfer of data is based on appropriate legal mechanisms (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Data retention period
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, and subsequently for the period required by law or until the User withdraws consent.
Statistical data collected by Google Analytics may be stored for up to 26 months.
6. User rights
Each User has the right to:
- access their data and obtain a copy thereof,
- rectify (correct) their data,
- erase their data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict the processing of their data,
- object to the processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
7. Cookies and Google Analytics
The Website uses cookies to ensure proper operation, adjust content to Users’ preferences, and conduct statistical analyses.
As part of Google Analytics, information about Users’ activity (including data about visited subpages, time spent on the Website, device, and browser) may be collected anonymously. The User’s IP address may be shortened, preventing full identification.
